Join us for an invigorating evening event designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit! Our evening kicks off with an energizing yoga session (led by Britt Bryden), to help release the stresses of the day and increase mobility before getting on court. Following yoga, the VESA team will deliver guided drills & games suited for all skill levels. To round out the evening, experience the recovery benefits of hot and cold exposure therapy with Submerge Wellness. Stick around for light refreshments and snacks on the lawn (aprés-tennis).

This event promises a holistic approach to wellness, blending physical activity with relaxation techniques to leave you feeling revitalized and balanced. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and nurture your well-being in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What's included:

  • 30 minute yoga session

  • 45 minute tennis clinic

  • 25 minute guided hot / cold exposure

**Snacks and refreshments available for purchase**

You should bring:

  • Athletic clothing (non-marking shoes)

  • Change of clothes

  • Tennis racquet

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat

  • Bathing suit

  • Sandals

  • Towel

Event will run weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, it will be rescheduled.
